    Daniel and Madelyn’s love story began at the University of South Carolina, where mutual friends introduced them. Madelyn grew up in the charming town of Pinehurst, while Daniel hails from the historic city of Boston.  What started as friendship soon blossomed into a relationship, and for the past three years, they’ve been building a life together filled with laughter, adventure, and shared dreams.  Their worlds came together beautifully—and last month, their next chapter began with the most romantic proposal in Paris!

     We met up for their engagement session at the iconic Pinehurst Resort, the very place where they’ll be tying the knot next May. There’s something special about photographing a couple in the space where they’ll soon promise forever—it’s like you can already feel the anticipation and joy in the air. Between the sweeping Southern porches, timeless architecture, and the way Daniel and Madelyn lit up in each other’s presence, it was a day full of beauty and meaning.
