What an amazing day for a winter wedding. JP and Callaway’s wedding day was an absolute dream, and I couldn't have imagined a better way to close out my 2025 wedding season. Every detail, every moment, and every memory felt wrapped in Christmas magic and the deepest kind of love.  Callaway always dreamed of getting married on her family property — a place filled with stories, childhood memories, and timeless holiday charm. Ever since she was a little girl, she imagined walking down the aisle in a beautiful wedding gown, surrounded by the people she loves most. This year, that dream came to life.

How It All Began

Callaway met JP when she interviewed for a job at a golf course, and JP was actually the one conducting the interview. What started as a simple conversation soon became the beginning of something beautiful. Over time, their connection grew into a relationship grounded in laughter, comfort, and an unmistakable spark.  Then, on Christmas Eve 2024, JP planned a proposal that felt straight out of a movie. Callaway shared the sweetest story — they had been out looking at Christmas lights, one of their favorite traditions. They always exchange just one gift on Christmas Eve, and Callaway couldn’t wait a second longer once they got home. JP opened his gift first, and then it was her turn.  Inside her package was a bag of ring pops. Before she could even react, JP said, “Oh, that’s the wrong box.” She turned her head, and there he was on one knee with the real ring — a moment filled with surprise, joy, and instant tears. What made it even more special was learning afterward that JP’s father had proposed to his mother on Christmas Eve in that very same home. A family legacy of love continued, and Callaway knew it was a moment she would cherish forever.

A Christmas Wedding to Remember

Their wedding day was everything they envisioned — romantic, cozy, dreamy, and overflowing with the warmth of the season. The family home sparkled with Christmas lights, evergreen touches, and little pieces of nostalgia tucked into every corner. It was the perfect backdrop for the vows they’d waited so long to share.  Callaway walked her daughter down the aisle and at the end, a guitar sat and waited for him to play a very special song created specifically for Callaway.  Callaway's cousin officiated the ceremony and couldn't hold back his tears.  Over 40 years prior, he too shared vows with his wife, which made him playing such a special role, even more special.  Surrounded by twinkling lights and joyful family and friends, JP and Callaway promised forever. From start to finish, the day felt like stepping into a beautifully written Christmas love story — one filled with sentiment, laughter, and a whole lot of heart.  loved ones all around, JP and Callaway danced into their very first night as husband and wife.

What a perfect ending to an incredible year — and an even more perfect beginning for these two.
