Elegant Black-Tie Wedding Day at Weymouth Center / Southern Pines NC Wedding

     What an amazing day for a wedding.  I have been looking forward to seeing this couple again since their engagement session.  They were so much fun and I knew their wedding day was going to be a blast.  I have to say it was PERFECT!!!!  I arrived bright and early at Weymouth Center, the gem of my home town in Southern Pines and one of my all time favorite places.  I arrived to lots of smiles from Alyssa's sisters and besties and excitement filled the Boyd house.  There was plenty of laughs along with a few raps from some of the ladies.  It made for a fun-filled getting ready...and I almost fainted with all the stunning details that Alyssa had...all ready for ME!!! I was in heaven...and then I saw her jaw-dropping gown that was perfect for this stunning bride.  Meanwhile, Steven and his men were nestled in the cottage, sharing a couple drinks as they got ready.  The were all ready to style those tuxes, but don't let their attire fool you...they were all sorts of fun (you will see from their pictures).    

    I couldn't single out my favorite moment of the day.  It was made up of so many moments to count.  From a sweet and tearful father-daughter first look...we were all in tears.  To Steven and Alyssa's first look...when Steven asked if she was back there and then asked a few times if he could turn around.  The look on his face was priceless.  Time flew by and before we knew it, it was time to walk down the aisle and make it official.  

    The reception was hoppin with EVERYONE on the dance floor.  I really mean EVERYONE (I even saw Steven's brother who shared earlier that he wouldn't be dancing).  It was a true celebration, full of laughs, singing, a saxophone player, a fog gun, and much, much more.  That was my last wedding of the summer (since the following day marked the first day of fall) and I couldn't think of a better way to end the summer season.  Congratulations, Steven and Alyssa!!!  Thanks for the kiss and nuzzle!
