Being a mom to two girlies and 2 fur babies is an amazing journey

     It was such a nice weekend...staying in and away from friends has been a bit of a struggle for me and the girls, but this weekend was such a fun one.  We started with a Hammer and Stain project...which now my kids want to do every week...thank you, Laura.  They each were able to pick out their own sign.  Of course Addy wanted anything horse-related and black stain (her fav color is black).  Izzy loves sayings and wanted to match her rose gold and blue room.  I chose wooden flowers...ones that I won't kill, although Fender has already tried to eat twice.  It took a while to get through, but I loved how the girls worked through each step.  

     On Mother's Day, we relaxed, did more Hammer and Stain artwork (my kids couldn't decide on one, so we got two kits), had a nice dinner and then a few family pictures up the street.  Lewis even bathed the dogs (they needed it!).  It was such a nice weekend...it was hard to get back to work on Monday.  Love my family.  Here's a little bit of my weekend.
