Here’s a little throw-back for you.  Back in 2014, I had the honor of photographing this amazing couple on their wedding day…In Puerto Rico.  I remember this day vividly.  Shooting my second wedding ever…the first time shooting with my husband ever…and first time in Puerto Rico.  I remember seeing the forecast.  100% chance of rain.  I remember talking to Melissa as she was getting ready and how the power kept going out.  I remember her going to walk down the isle and her son clinging to her…seeing her man look at her in that beautiful gown…taking their vows…their first dance…Lewis climbing on top of a narrow wall to get my favorite shot (the one I was too afraid to get)…every precious moment….down to her son falling asleep in my arms at the end of the night (how I adore her children).  It was a while ago and I feel I have grown as a photographer…but this is still one of my favorite weddings.  Thank you, Melissa and Babi for trusting me and Lewis to capture this day.
